In these 1:1 sessions, we will work with a somatic approach grounded in neuroscience and polyvagal theory to help you regulate your nervous system. You’ll be guided to process and integrate the emotional wounds that keep your system stuck in states of hyperarousal or shutdown, so you can experience a more “flexible” nervous system — one that helps you return to your center with greater ease.
Through gentle yet deep processes, designed not to overwhelm you or retraumatize, we’ll support your nervous system in healing at its own pace — allowing you to regain a sense of lightness, presence, and the ability to fully inhabit your life with more calm and confidence.

Through these sessions, you will discover how your behaviors, emotions, patterns, and physical symptoms reflect protective mechanisms tied to unresolved traumas or situations from your past — whether from your recent past, childhood, time in the womb, ancestral lineage, or even past lives. Together, we will process and integrate each of these wounds.
We’ll use your body as a tool to send signals of safety to your brain, creating an internal state of grounding, wholeness, and connection — a state you can return to whenever you need it. As we offer your nervous system new experiences and re-educate it, your body will gradually rely less on its protective mechanisms, allowing you to restore your health, shift your behaviors, and transform your life.
This process is not just about releasing emotions or understanding the roots of your blocks; it’s about re-educating and building a new mind-body relationship — one aligned with the life you truly want to live.
